IndiaPosted Jun 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview was for a product engineering team tied to payments, and it had two rounds: a technical round and a techno-managerial round.

There weren’t any client-style discussions, and the interviewers didn’t seem deeply familiar with the specific project context.

The technical questioning leaned toward C++ basics and general C++ topics. The process was labeled very easy, and that matched the overall feel of the interviews being more surface-level than deeply probing. I didn’t receive an offer because of a missing experience letter from a previous employer, which was a letdown because it wasn’t really about my interview performance.
