I interviewed at UST as a Software Engineer with an average difficulty, and the process was described as a typical multi-part evaluation across coding, systems thinking, and behavioral fit.

Technical assessment/coding — Core technical skills through coding problems, data structures, JavaScript fundamentals, and problem-solving exercises.
Technical interview (machine coding/system design) — Real-world scenarios with end-to-end feature discussion and system design-style trade-offs.
Managerial/behavioral round — Situational and behavioral questions assessing communication, teamwork, leadership, and ownership. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that you need both practical coding depth and clear communication of trade-offs.
