I started with an initial coding test that also included a SQL question, alongside two DSA-style problems.

After that, candidates who made it through were shortlisted for a technical interview.

The next stages moved into a debate-style discussion, and the final results were announced based on how that went. The overall flow felt like they were looking at both problem-solving and how I performed in a more structured, argumentative discussion.

Even though the steps were clear, I didn’t end up getting an offer.
