My process took longer than I expected, with gaps between interview rounds stretching more than two weeks.

The communication around status also felt unreliable, and I noticed that even after I believed things were moving forward, there was no clear way to track the progress through a portal.

I also experienced a lack of acknowledgement after I cleared rounds. In my case, I got positive feedback after the technical portion, but later the HR follow-up stalled and I ended up getting ghosted. It became frustrating because the timeline kept dragging, and the process never felt transparent enough to confirm what was happening. I didn’t end up with an offer, and I left the experience feeling uneasy
