Madison, WIPosted Jul 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience started like it was going to be a straightforward store-level interview, but it quickly felt off.

I was brought into the back of the store and interviewed by the sales manager and an area supervisor. The format wasn’t really heavy on questions—more like they laid out what the operations were, how pay and commission worked, and what their expectations were.

I left feeling like the environment was overly controlled. I was given a low hourly rate and the commission sounded very limited, with hardly any clear career path unless I stayed long enough to move from sales consultant to sales manager. They also described constraints around where I could work, and the lack of any mentoring program
