After a recruiter screen, I ended up doing virtual interviewing where the questions followed a familiar behavioral structure.

I used STAR-style answers and the interview was on Microsoft Teams. They asked very standard prompts like why they should hire me and what qualifications I brought.

The whole screen didn’t take long—around thirty minutes—and it felt pretty efficient. The environment wasn’t overly stressful, and I left feeling like I had answered in a clear, organized way.

Even though the process was smooth and straightforward, I didn’t receive an offer. I felt like the interview was largely about confirming fit through familiar questions rather than anything unusually deep.
