UScellular Account Executive interview experience

Got offer

United StatesPosted Mar 2014 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

Called by a recruiter, I had an initial interview and then was brought in for a local meeting where I sat with two sales managers.

The structure was simple but clear about who they wanted involved, and I didn’t meet the store manager until after I was already hired.

That detail stayed with me because it made the local interviews feel like they were focused on checking fit quickly with the people doing the day-to-day work, rather than trying to impress a full leadership panel from the start. I didn’t end up with an offer from that experience itself, but the process felt straightforward and internally consistent.
