My process took a while and unfolded in stages, and I remember feeling like I was constantly being evaluated for more than one possibility.

It started with a phone interview, and during that call they weren’t fully sure whether they wanted me for the specific role I applied for or to consider me for a management track instead. After that, I moved into two additional interviews and then had two tests designed to see whether I fit the culture and the requirements for the management path.

Once they decided I was a better match for an account-focused role, the process continued with more interviewing. End to end, it took at least four weeks, though it also seemed like the decision on the management-vs-account direction could happen
