My interview process felt relaxed, and the questions were fairly average.

I went in expecting something more, but I came away not feeling overly impressed. A big part of that was my own energy—I didn’t act as excited about the position as I probably should’ve, and I could sense it in the way the conversation landed.

The process didn’t lead to an offer, and I ended up choosing another company. What surprised me was how little the interview seemed to push me; it didn’t feel like a high-pressure evaluation, just a casual check-in that didn’t quite align with what I was hoping for.
