USAA Software Engineer interview experience

They asked me to walk through a project I’d worked on, including what my role had been and what problem the work was solving.

It wasn’t a long technical barrage, at least in what I was able to recall, and the conversation centered more on my past experience and impact. I didn’t move forward from that stage, and I left feeling like the interview was mainly checking whether my project stories and ownership were crisp and believable enough for their team.
