US Foods Account Executive interview experience

Afterward, I waited without clear feedback, and the longer it went on, the more I felt that no one wanted to give me a direct answer on whether they were actually interested.

I kept thinking I’d eventually get a “yes” or “no,” but instead it was just silence. The uncertainty made it tough to gauge where I stood, and the lack of closure was what made the experience feel off.

I didn’t receive an offer, and my honest reflection was that the interview may have been thorough, but the communication around the decision wasn’t respectful of my time.
