I interviewed for an Account Executive role at Urban Outfitters using a longer, more elimination-style group process, and the difficulty felt average because of the number of steps.

Elimination rounds in small groups — the process was broken down into small group sessions with multiple cuts to find the right store fit.
Unorganized mall food court group interview — I experienced poor organization and felt some candidates were favored; the interviewer asked many questions that seemed like job knowledge rather than interview basics.
Call + in-person group, then another call — there was an initial call, then a group interview; if selected, I’d be invited onward to training and sales/cashier prep.
Group interview focused on creativity/experience —
