I interviewed for an Account Executive role at Urban Outfitters with an overall average difficulty, and the process usually ran on a fast timeline once I got contacted.

Virtual interview (relaxed, coached tone) — Zoom-style conversation focused on getting to know me, walking through my resume, and discussing the role without pressure.
Group interview (laid back) — another light, mostly conversational screen where I talked about interests and availability.
Multiple interviews (online + two in-person) — first an online round, then an initial group interview, followed by a solo meeting with the store manager.
Virtual interview with multiple candidates (awkward flow) — questions were answered sequentially, and at times I had to respond
