London, EnglandPosted Jul 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for an Account Executive role at Urban Outfitters through mostly short, store-based interviews and group sessions focused on fit, customer service, and basic scenario questions, with a fast timeline overall.

Recruiter/hiring-manager touchpoint (phone or email scheduling) — sometimes a brief call to confirm my interest, background, and what the role involves.
Zoom or in-store group interview — conversations where I answered why I wanted the job, my retail/customer-service experience, and how I work in a team; hiring managers often called on me in a circle.
On-site scenario/activity — I described how I’d handle customer situations (e.g., picking help/gifts or responding to a “difficult customer”) and occasionally tackled light brand/product prompts.
**Availability & practical
