I interviewed for the Account Executive role at Urban Outfitters in a more interactive, group-heavy setting, and while it was still not overly hard, it tested how I communicate in a team.

Group interview with team-style activities — Instead of one-on-one questions, I participated in group tasks meant to show how I communicate and work with others.
Group interview mechanics & timing — In another similar flow, I was brought in with multiple applicants for about an hour and results were communicated a few days later.
Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was to stay engaged and communicate clearly during group activities.
