Hollywood, CAPosted Dec 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Account Executive role at Urban Outfitters through a quick multi-location process, and it felt fairly easy with a clear timeline and mostly straightforward questions.

Application + group interview trigger — I applied online and, if selected, got called in for a group interview.
Follow-up with the manager (location-dependent) — For one location, the process included a one-on-one with the manager after the group interview; for another, I was moved forward after the group.
Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the takeaway was that once I got the group interview, the steps were simple and the scheduling moved quickly.
