West Hollywood, CAPosted Jun 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for an Account Executive role with a moderate, two-part journey over a short timeline—first online, then in person at the store.

Online interview (recorded Q&A) — I answered prompts on camera; the questions focused on workplace scenarios and how I handle situations.
In-person interview + store walkthrough — I sat down with the team and then walked through the store to discuss the environment and how the role fits there. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway was that they tested scenario judgment and expected me to understand the store context in person.
