San Francisco, CAPosted Mar 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process felt efficient and professional, and I really liked working with a recruiter who was kind and helpful from the start.

After that initial HR conversation, I moved into three more interviews. One of them felt more general and included an odd question that was meant to see how I’d think through a simple scenario, while the following two interviews were with people from the credit analyst side focused on what I could do in the actual role.

Even with the different interviewers, it stayed smooth and friendly overall. The questions were connected to expectations for the position, and I didn’t feel like I was guessing what they wanted. The recruiter experience also felt supportive.
