I went through a short selection process for a summer internship.

I was able to get through to the third round, which was a good sign, but I couldn’t make it past that final stage.

It was for a BNY company internship, and the reports of what the rounds tested weren’t very detailed—just that the process had multiple steps and the third round was where I got stopped.

I didn’t receive an offer. The most accurate feeling I took from it was that I reached the end, but I wasn’t able to convince them in the last filter.
