Unknowns Software Engineer interview experience

I had to mail the team to remind them because I didn’t receive a call for the assessment, and even after clearing that first stage, I never got contacted again.

The hiring procedure felt extremely slow, and it turned into a frustrating loop of waiting. I was told I’d cleared the initial assessment, but the interview event never happened from my side.

I didn’t get an offer, and honestly the biggest issue was the silence afterward. It felt like I was left in limbo even though they confirmed I’d passed the first filter.
