The virtual interview I did was pleasant and professional, and it ran with three panelists.

The questions leaned heavily on STAR-style prompts, and the panel made sure I had enough time to respond rather than rushing me.

One thing I noticed was that they didn’t dig into my project management background or ask very job-specific questions about the role’s duties. The conversation stayed more behavioral than technical or task-focused, so I left feeling like they were assessing something broader than day-to-day experience.
