The process for me started with a recorded video submission.

I was given written prompts and then recorded my answers on a platform that let me review and manage my responses before submitting them.

It was a different feeling than live interviews because I could take the time to structure my thoughts, but it also meant there wasn’t any real-time back-and-forth. The whole approach still centered on whether I could communicate clearly about the questions they gave me.

I didn’t receive an offer. What stuck with me was that the recorded format shifted the stress from answering on the spot to getting my message right before I hit record.
