University of Pennsylvania Research Analyst interview experience

I met with the lab and then went through two rounds of interviews focused on what I’d be doing day to day. I met individually with multiple people, not just one conversation where everything got covered at once.

Even early on, I could tell the goal was to make the role tangible, because I left with a good idea of who I’d be working with and what the work would involve.

I didn’t get an offer. Still, the experience felt clear and informative, and that made the decision feel more about fit with the role than confusion about expectations.
