The interview process started with an online assessment, and it depended on what area I applied for—like statistics or operational research.

After that assessment, the process moved into what sounded like a couple of additional online interview rounds.

There wasn’t much detail beyond that, but the overall shape was clear: a first evaluation through the assessment platform, followed by further online conversations to test fit and technical alignment.

I wasn’t offered the role. The experience was brief in description, but the two-phase structure—online test first, then interviews—was consistent in how the process was laid out.
