I spent time meeting team members and touring the facilities, and the day had a pretty informal feel.

It wasn’t especially technical; instead, I was asked questions about the projects I had listed and how they fit together.

The whole visit took about two hours. I remember thinking it felt more like a friendly conversation and familiarization day than a high-pressure technical grilling, and the fact that I’d been referred at a career fair seemed to shape that tone. Even without an offer, the experience was memorable because it was very human and grounded in my resume.
