The interview started with the usual prompt to introduce myself.

After that, I faced a few basic technical questions, and then it shifted into scenario-based questions.

I answered almost everything, with only a few gaps where I couldn’t fully land the response. What surprised me was that it felt like the interviewers cared more about how I communicated and explained my thinking than about getting every technical detail perfect.

The process was labeled difficult, and I ended up not getting an offer. Still, the main takeaway from the experience was that my ability to talk through scenarios mattered at least as much as the actual answers I gave.
