I started with a phone conversation where they asked about my background and went through my CV.

After that, I moved into a technical face-to-face interview.

In the in-person technical round, they asked about specific programming languages and I also had small coding challenges. The structure felt practical—first confirm my history and then test the skills directly through language questions and coding tasks. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the sequence was easy to understand and the focus stayed on actual technical competence.
