Unisys Software Engineer interview experience

In the first, I interacted directly with the technical team and got practical questions centered on application architecture.

Then there was a second technical round where I was asked algorithmic questions and had to work through a few of them as part of the assessment. What stood out to me was how hands-on the evaluation was—less about memorizing buzzwords and more about how I reasoned for core engineering problems. It ended without an offer, but the experience still felt like a legitimate technical screening rather than an arbitrary rejection.
