Unisys Software Engineer interview experience

I had two phone interviews, spaced roughly 1 to 2 weeks apart, and then there was an in-person interview afterward.

What surprised me was how pleasant and comfortable it was. Everyone I spoke with felt friendly, and the questions weren’t framed as difficult technical traps. Most of it centered on my background, my experiences, and what I knew about the program.

Difficulty felt average, but the tone was relaxed. I didn’t end up with an offer, though I walked away feeling like the interviews were more about fit and clarity than about pushing me with hard problem-solving.
