My interview sequence felt smooth and confidence-building, especially compared to some other processes I’d seen.

It started with an aptitude test, then moved into a group discussion, and after that there was a technical round via phone.

Finally, I had an HR round. The whole set of steps was described as easy, and the pace of the process made it feel like there weren’t any sudden spikes in difficulty at each stage.

I didn’t get an offer, but the experience itself left me feeling fairly comfortable by the end. The main thing I remember was how manageable it felt to go from aptitude into group discussion and then into technical and HR without getting overwhelmed.
