Unisys Business Analyst interview experience

There was very little wasted time—the conversation stayed straight to the point. I remember it feeling like the interviewer could quickly understand what I was capable of without dragging me through a lengthy, overly complicated sequence.

The overall tone came across as respectful, not performative. I got the sense they were trying to evaluate my real abilities rather than just run through a checklist.

Even though it was an easy, efficient interview, I didn’t end up with an offer. Still, I left feeling that I’d been treated fairly and not put through unnecessary friction.
