I was interviewing for an intern role through an on-campus process, and it had a clear set of steps.

There were four rounds: a written test covering aptitude and coding, a communication round, a technical interview, and then an HR and managerial round together.

I finished all the rounds a few days before the reporting, but there was no response afterward. The experience itself didn’t feel confusing while I was in the process, but the lack of follow-up was frustrating. Since I didn’t hear back, I ended up feeling stuck rather than fully closed out.
