I went through a three-round sequence where the pace was pretty direct.

First came an online test. Then I joined a group discussion round, and after that I had a technical interview.

Most of the questions were based on my resume, so the conversation wasn’t random—it connected back to what I’d listed. The overall difficulty was average, but I didn’t get any updates after the interviews, which left me sitting in limbo.

Even though the format itself was clear—test, group discussion, then technical—the lack of communication after the rounds made it feel drawn out emotionally. I didn’t receive an offer.
