Unisys Software Engineer interview experience

It came across like a school-class style environment where people were pressured to say things like yes sir or madam. The managers I met were rude and also aggressive while questioning.

Even though I didn’t get an offer, the bigger issue was how I was treated during the interview itself. The whole tone felt unprofessional and hostile rather than focused on evaluating my skills.

I didn’t find it productive at all, and I left feeling discouraged by the way the process was run, not by my technical performance.
