Unisys Software Engineer interview experience

Before the test, I got to choose between C++ and Java as the track, and the questions were aligned to that choice.

After that, I went through two more interviews: one technical and one that mixed managerial and HR-style components. The overall difficulty was average, and the structure was clear enough that I knew what each stage was meant to evaluate.

I didn’t receive an offer. What I remember most was how the process was anchored around a single programming choice up front, and then the follow-up split into technical depth and a more human/managerial conversation.
