The hiring process I experienced had four rounds: aptitude, communication, technical, and managerial.

All of the rounds felt competitive and well run, but the communication stage was the hardest for me because the interviewers were strong in fluency and presentation.

Since I was a fresher, the technical round didn’t feel as challenging compared to the others. The managerial round stood out more positively, but I also felt uncertain about negotiation—I wasn’t fully sure how to handle that part.

I didn’t end up with an offer. My reflection was that the process tested more than just technical ability; the interpersonal and managerial expectations were where I felt most exposed.
