My process felt good and smooth from start to finish.

The interviewers mainly wanted me to go through my CV and talk through suggestions for projects I was currently working on. The conversation was straightforward, and I didn’t feel like I had to guess what they were looking for.

I also met three managers in the process. It was a little nerve-wracking going in, but it turned out they were all very nice and the discussions stayed comfortable. I ended up feeling like the interview was more about clarity and how I presented my experience than about being put on the spot.
