Unisys Software Engineer interview experience

I was asked questions that leaned toward coding and DSA, but what stood out was that I wasn’t only evaluated on the final answer—the interviewer also cared about how I was approaching the problem.

I remember the session feeling more like a problem-solving walkthrough than a rapid Q&A. I had to think through the steps in a structured way, and the difficulty came from keeping my logic tight while explaining it. Even though it was slightly challenging, I left feeling good about the experience because it was clear they were assessing my reasoning, not just memorized knowledge.
