My interaction was extremely limited in scope: it was a phone call followed by a personal interview with the technical manager.

That was the only part of the interview process I experienced, and it didn’t require any lengthy written work.

Even though the format was simple, the overall tone left me feeling a bit off. The conversation felt filled with generic business talk rather than getting deeply into specifics, and I struggled to see the substance underneath.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. I left with the impression that the technical exchange didn’t really go as far as I expected, and that mismatch stayed with me.
