Malvern, PAPosted Jan 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I took the Septa Regional Rail to Malvern and waited a bit before someone picked me up.

The actual interview ended up being fairly easy, and it didn’t focus on technical questioning.

Instead, the interviewer spent most of the time talking about the company, the position, and a project referred to as STEALTH. There were only a few behavioral questions, and then I was given a tour of the facility.

Difficulty was easy overall, and the experience felt more like understanding the team and environment than being tested on coding. I didn’t end up with an offer, but I remember it as a calm, low-pressure conversation followed by a facility walkthrough.
