Unisys Software Engineer interview experience

The coding stage felt pretty easy to me, and the interviewer asked about implementing linked lists.

After that, the managerial round moved away from pure coding and focused more on questions based on my projects. That shift made it clear they wanted to see how I’d applied skills in real work, not just whether I could solve a coding prompt.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. My reflection was that the technical part was comfortable, but the evaluation likely turned on how my project experience mapped to the role expectations, and I didn’t land the final match.
