My process started with an elimination-style written test focused on C/C++ skills.

I remember it as the first gate that decided whether I even moved forward.

After that, I had two telephonic rounds. The first call was with my hiring manager, and the second was with the hiring manager’s manager. Both were interview-style conversations where we walked through my background and discussed technical fundamentals at a level that felt consistent across the two calls.

Overall it felt fairly average in difficulty, and the rhythm was clear: test, then phone conversations back-to-back. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the experience was structured and straightforward.
