Halifax, NSPosted Oct 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I came in through a friend’s referral, and the recruiter reached out by phone to schedule the conversation and explain the role.

What I remember most clearly was how minimal the process felt.

It was just one interview with the hiring manager. The difficulty was marked as easy for me, and the whole thing felt like a direct discussion rather than a sequence of tests and screens. I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience itself was calm and quick, and it left me with the sense that they were making a fast judgment based on the conversation.
