Washington, DCPosted Aug 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I was hired directly on the project, and that meant there wasn’t a separate Unisys interview process in the usual sense.

Instead, the interview activity happened on the project itself.

I had a phone screen and then a face-to-face interview with two or three people. The format felt practical and tied closely to the work I’d be doing.

I was ultimately hired, so the outcome was positive. Looking back, the biggest surprise was how direct it felt—there wasn’t a broader, multi-stage corporate funnel to move through.
