I did a fully virtual interview with three people.

They asked questions based on my resume, followed by technical questions, and then they gave me time to ask questions back.

The interview didn’t feel overly strict. At different moments, people would come in and leave earlier than the full session, which made it feel more flexible than tightly controlled.

I didn’t receive an offer. Even so, the experience felt comfortable—especially because the conversation included time for me to ask questions and the environment wasn’t as rigid as I’d expected.
