I went through a campus-style setup where the venue was their office on Residency Road, even though it was a pool campus event with other colleges involved.

They shortlisted from my campus first, and the process ended up selecting a small number from a larger group—eventually picking 7 out of 30 students.

The experience felt average overall in terms of difficulty, but it was very selection-heavy and time-bound, like the day was designed to filter quickly. I didn’t get an offer, but I did make it through the initial stage that determined who got further consideration.
