I exchanged a few emails with HR and then scheduled the interview date in the office pretty quickly.

The interview was with team leaders, and it started with a set of basic questions covering C/C++, templates, inheritance, and concurrency.

We then had a brief discussion about my school projects, whether I had any experience with VoIP, and what I knew about HTML5. To close, I took a short written test with randomly selected questions across many areas of software development, not necessarily tied directly to the role. Overall it was rated easy, and the variety of topics—especially the broad written test—was what made it feel a bit surprising.
