I went through what felt like a straightforward web-focused process.

There was a test covering a range of web development topics, then I had the usual interview afterward where we walked through my background.

I was asked about my previous work, the projects I’d done, and my overall understanding of web development. The conversation also shifted into how the team builds software—what their development approach looked like and the kinds of techniques they use day to day. Overall it felt like an average-difficulty screen: clear expectations, good people, and a comfortable environment.
