Uline Business Intelligence Analyst interview experience

The questions were pretty standard, like why the company, what my strengths and weaknesses were, and similar topics that establish how I think and how I work.

After that, I waited about two weeks to hear back. The next stage seemed like it would be an on-site interview at their headquarters, based on how they described the flow.

I didn’t get an offer, and what I remember most was the quiet, waiting period after the HR call, which made the process feel slower even though the initial screening didn’t take long.
