Uline Software Engineer interview experience

They felt useless to me—like I was spending time on steps that didn’t actually connect to whether I could do the job.

Eventually my application got considered, but by then the whole process had already felt futile and like a waste of my time. The difficulty was average, but the experience carried a strong negative vibe because the heavy assessments came first.

I didn’t receive an offer, and what I took away was that the sequencing felt backwards: it felt like they evaluated applicants through effortful tests without first building enough confidence from the application itself.
